How to use them
- Start with the poster that matches your class, then add the next set as they progress.
- Display the greetings poster by the door and greet pupils with it each lesson.
- Put the classroom phrases poster where pupils can see it, and make it a rule to ask for help in Spanish.
- Use the opinions and connectives poster for speaking and writing tasks: ask pupils to join two ideas with porque or pero.
- Point out the accents and the lowercase days of the week, which often catch pupils out.
