About these posters

These free office safety posters help staff spot and fix them. The set has a workstation set-up guide, a common hazards grid, a do and avoid poster for safe habits, and a weekly office safety check you can fill in. The advice is general good practice, written in plain language with no legal claims. Each poster is available as A4 and A3 PDF, and the fill-in ones have ink-light versions.

Questions

Any person you choose, or a rota. The sheet has a name and date line.

Are these suitable for home working?

Yes. The workstation poster works at a kitchen table or spare room desk.

Can I print them in black and white?

Yes. Use the ink-light versions of the checklist and do and avoid posters.
